Premier Heating and AC is a locally owned heating and cooling company based at 3 Karl Circle in Berlin, Vermont. Since 2021 we've installed and serviced heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers and air conditioning for homes and businesses across Washington, Orange and Chittenden Counties. We're a Daikin Elite Contractor and an Efficiency Vermont participating contractor. We install Daikin, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi heat pumps, Daikin and Bosch furnaces and IBC boilers. We're growing and looking for people who take pride in clean, careful work.

Open Roles

HVAC Service Technician: $25-$40/hr. Diagnose and repair heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces and boilers on oil, propane, natural gas and refrigerant systems. Perform maintenance visits for Premier Protection members. Explain options clearly to homeowners. Take part in after-hours emergency service. Take-home truck, gas card, tools paid for, paid vacation and holidays.

HVAC Install Technician: $28-$42/hr. Install ductless and ducted heat pumps, furnaces, boilers and A-coils. Run line sets, set equipment, wire controls and commission systems to manufacturer specs. Leave every job clean. Take-home truck, gas card, tools paid for, paid vacation and holidays.

Apprentice / Helper: $20-$24/hr. Assist installers and technicians and learn the trade on the job: refrigerant handling, venting and controls. Gas card, tools paid for, paid vacation and holidays. Take-home truck once you move past the apprentice stage.

Pay within each range depends on experience.
